About Our Beginning

The birth of A.S.I.
Allen Louis worked for Whirlpool Corporation as a Service Technician for over 23 years before Whirlpool dissolved their service department in 2001. As a result 425 workers lost their jobs including Allen. Allen found himself back in the work force but did not like the avenue of employment in his field so he decided to start his own service company.     July 2001, Allen, his daughter, Tracie and two technicians started the company while Allen’s wife Debbie continued to work full-time. It was Tracie who brainstormed the name ASI that stands for Allen Services Incorporated   This was a turning point for Allen because now he was in control of his destiny. It wasn’t until Allen was granted a contract to work for Whirlpool Corporation again as a contractor that his company started to flourish from a one girl office and two technicians to a five girl office and ten technicians. His wife Debbie quit her fulltime job and joined ASI to work fulltime.   Allen not only worked with Whirlpool Corporation for over 23 years but Whirlpool is currently one of his major clients. ASI specializes in service on appliances, washers, dryers and refrigerators manufactured by the biggest manufacturer in the world, the Whirlpool family.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: To become the "Premier Service" organization for the Whirlpool Family of Products while serving Commercial, Industrial and Residential Customers. Providing exceptional service with qualified, certified and professional technicians working with a reliable, knowledgeable and a highly trained administrative staff to ensure the best possible experience from our service.
